Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $4.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
Every piece is made to order, which takes 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery normally takes another 3–7 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link by email. Ordering for a specific date? Allow 7–11 business days to be safe.
Wood pieces are made to order in two stages: 7–10 days for the rough carving, then we email you photos to approve. After your OK, finishing and crating take about 7 days, and delivery 3–7 days by free tracked freight — roughly 3–4 weeks door to door. You can change or cancel within 24 hours of ordering; after you approve the photo, made-to-order pieces are final sale, but anything damaged or defective is repaired or replaced free.
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived. Personalized pieces (custom names, engraving, photo uploads) can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy.
Email support@leosjewellry.com with your order number, plus a photo if something is damaged. If a parcel is damaged, wrong, or doesn't turn up, we replace it or refund you in full — and we cover the return postage in those cases.
Each product page lists that piece's exact materials and available finishes — for example 14K white gold finish or 18K yellow gold finish over stainless steel, with cubic zirconia detailing on many pendants. Watches list their movement, case, and water-resistance rating.
