These Terms of Service govern your use of leosjewellry.com, operated by Leo's Jewellry. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We describe each product's materials, finish, stones and measurements as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. Plated finishes are described as plated; stones are identified by type (for example, cubic zirconia, created opal or freshwater pearl).

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before payment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud or if an item is unavailable); if we do, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics and layout, belongs to Leo's Jewellry or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Leo's Jewellry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in San Joaquin County, California.

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
