We ship to addresses within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $4.95. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are packed in 1–3 business days. After shipping, delivery takes 3–7 business days, and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Email support@leosjewellry.com within 12 hours of ordering with your order number and we will update it before it ships. Once a parcel is with the carrier it cannot be redirected.

Yes. Every piece arrives in a gift box, so it is ready to give to a bride, a bridesmaid or anyone on your list.

You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Earrings must be returned with their original backs. There is no restocking fee.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect — or never arrives — we cover everything, including a free replacement or full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.

Yes. Our pearls are natural freshwater pearls. A few designs use mother-of-pearl flowers, which are named on the product page. Because pearls are natural, size, shape and surface vary slightly from piece to piece, and some drop pearls are flat on one side.

Chains and settings are copper, brass or 925 sterling silver, finished in 14K or 18K gold plating. Each product page names the exact base metal and plating. Our pieces are gold plated, not solid gold.

No. The sparkling stones are cubic zirconia (CZ), a lab-made stone that gives a diamond-like sparkle at an everyday price.

Many of our earrings use 925 sterling silver posts; the materials list on each product page tells you which ones. If you react to most metals, check the post material before ordering.

Most of our pearl necklaces are about 16 inches with a 2-inch extender, so they sit at the base of the neck or just above the collarbone. Backdrop and lariat styles are measured differently and list their exact length on the product page.

Most bracelets are about 6 inches with a 1.5–2 inch extender, so they adjust to fit most wrists from about 6 to 8 inches. Exact lengths are listed on each product page.

Put pearls on last and take them off first. Keep them away from water, perfume, lotion and sweat, wipe them with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store each piece separately in its box so chains do not scratch the pearls.

With normal care — dry, away from perfume and lotion, stored in its box — the gold finish keeps its color for a long time. Like all plated jewelry, the plating can soften with heavy daily wear, showering or swimming.
