Leo's Jeweler ("we", "us", "our") operates leosjewellry.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit the Site, make a purchase, or contact us — and the rights you have over that information. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which processes data on our behalf to run the Site.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number if you provide one at checkout.
- Order and payment information: the products you buy, transaction details, and payment information. Card details are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
- Personalization content: names, messages, dates, or photos you upload to personalize a piece. This content is used solely to produce your item and is shared only with the production partner that makes it.
- Account information: your login email and preferences, if you create an account.
- Communications: the content of emails and contact-form messages you send us.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, and how you interact with the Site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To fulfill orders: producing your item (including personalization), processing payment, arranging shipping, sending order and tracking confirmations, and handling returns and refunds.
- Customer support: responding to your questions and resolving issues.
- Marketing: sending our email list updates if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
- Personalized advertising: we and our advertising partners (such as Google) may use cookies and similar technologies to show you ads for our products on other websites based on your activity on our Site. You can opt out as described in "Your rights and choices" below.
- Site improvement and security: analytics, fraud prevention, and protecting the Site and our customers.

Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- Access / know — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, including uploaded personalization content.
- Portability — receive your information in a portable format.
- Opt out of targeted advertising / "sale" or "sharing" — under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. state laws, you may opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising. To exercise this right, email support@leosjewellry.com with the subject "Privacy opt-out". We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out request. We will never discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
- EU/UK visitors (GDPR) — if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We process your information on the legal bases of contract performance (orders), legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (marketing), and legal obligation.

Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet tax and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Personalization content is retained only as long as needed to produce your order and handle any remake or warranty claim. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Children
The Site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The Site uses SSL encryption, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.
