You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.

Each product page lists that piece’s exact materials and available finishes — for example 14K white gold finish or 18K yellow gold finish over stainless steel. Finishes can photograph slightly differently than they appear in person, and screens vary — small tone differences are normal, not a defect.
