This black 30-inch propane smoker has four chrome-coated smoking racks and 735 square inches of cooking space. It includes a built-in temperature gauge, push-button ignition, and an air damper for moisture, temperature, and smoke control.
A removable porcelain-coated water bowl adds moisture and flavor, while the porcelain-coated flame disk bowl allows flame to reach wood chips while shielding the burner from grease.
