Zenith is the only Zoysiagrass available as both sod and seed. It is shade tolerant, adaptable to full sun or light shade, and features a dark green blade with medium texture. This turfgrass forms a dense lawn and is tolerant of extreme heat and cold, making it suitable from the southern coast to the upper transition zone. It is also drought tolerant.
